- WSSI Set-up & Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of the Weekly Sales, Stock & Intake (WSSI) to ensure accurate reporting and inventory planning.
- Store Grading: Carry out store grading and assess performance to optimise stock allocation and store-specific needs.
- Allocations: Manage product allocations to stores, ensuring that stock levels are aligned with demand, store capacity, and sales trends.
- Range & Product Planning: Work closely with the buying team to plan and define product ranges, ensuring that we have the right products in the right stores at the right time.
- Liaising with External Partners: Communicate and collaborate with external concession partners, manufacturers, and third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and OTIF
- Store Liaison: Build strong working relationships with store teams to understand their needs and ensure they are fully supported in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Previous experience in retail merchandising
- Strong knowledge of WSSI processes and inventory management.
- Proven ability to analyse sales and stock data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Experience in range planning, product planning, and store allocation.
