Property Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of operations, collaborating with departments such as Maintenance, Lettings, Accounts, and Customer Service to ensure seamless efficiency.


The package

  • Up to £25,000 + 10% bonus (discretionary)
  • Monday to Thursday 9:00 17:30, Friday 9:00 17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturday 10:00 17:00 (with full day off in lieu during the week)

The Property Coordinator role

  • Be the go-to person for property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards
  • Chase and collect outstanding keys, keeping properties secure and compliant
  • Oversee property accounts and handle rent reconciliation, ensuring rent is collected on time
  • Post contractor invoices promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate across multiple departments including Maintenance, Accounts, Lettings, and Customer Service to ensure all aspects of property management run smoothly
  • Allocate and monitor maintenance jobs, chasing up any outstanding work


The person

Were looking for someone whos not only organised and detail-oriented but also proactive and able to work with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity if you:

  • Have great communication skills to work across various teams and departments

  • Have a full driving license and your own car (essential for property inspections and site visits)
