Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and overseeing the pipeline. Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Portfolio Manager
  • Preferably an experienced Assistant Lettings Branch Manager, or a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lister or Valuer looking to progress.
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
