An exciting opportunity to work for a leading Residential Build to Rent (BTR) and Single-Family Housing (SFH) operator. Our Client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to lead the lease up and re-let of their portfolios. This role will be focused on reducing voids and driving rents for clients whilst ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Lettings, with a proven track record of driving performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing operational improvements.

Salary: up to 拢30,000 per annum + Bonus

Job type: Permanent

Location: Leeds & WFH

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, No Weekends!

Duties and responsibilities

路 Responsibility for driving forward a busy lettings team dealing with lease up of new schemes as well as the re-let of existing managed portfolios

路 Ensuring advertising platforms are managed effectively

路 Negotiating new lets

路 Working with the Senior Lettings Manager and Asset Management Team to ensure rents are maximized and voids are reduced

路 Lead, manage and support in overseeing team activity

路 Liaise wit property management to ensure smooth move in experience

路 Producing regular business reports and attending client meetings

路 To undertake regular audits and quality checks

Experience & Knowledge

路 At least 2-3 years of experience in lettings

路 ARLA Level 3 or other relevant industry qualification - Desirable

路 Strong understanding of leasing processes, property management, and relevant legislation

路 In-dept knowledge of relevant Landlord and Tenant legislation
