As our Property Surveyor, you will be the guardian of our housing stock, ensuring each property is a safe for our residents. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards we pride ourselves on.

What You'll Do:

Explore and Inspect: Conduct thorough property inspections, uncovering hidden issues and ensuring everything is up to scratch.
Problem Solver: Identify and report on necessary repairs, working closely with contractors to get things fixed promptly.
Safety First: Ensure all properties comply with health and safety regulations, creating a secure environment for our residents.
Collaborate: Join our dedicated repairs and maintenance team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance our maintenance plans.
Document and Recommend: Provide detailed reports and actionable recommendations to keep our properties in top shape.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: A proven track record as a Property Surveyor or in a similar role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of building regulations and health and safety standards.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with contractors and residents.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
Mobility: A full UK driving license to navigate the beautiful landscapes of West & North Yorkshire.
