Position: Technical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Leeds area
Salary: Up to 46,000 and Car Allowance/Van + Overtime + Company Benefits
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
About the Role:
- One of the UK's leading Facilities Management companies, are seeking a Technical Supervisor to join their maintenance team on site in Leeds
- This is excellent opportunity for someone to develop and further their career in varying fast paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a Maintenance Team ensuring work is completed on time, in line with company SLA's
- Identifying remedial works following completion of PPM activities
- Monitoring Health & Safety ensuring compliance and completing audits on sites
- Liaising with Client and supporting the Technical Manager.
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Electrical or Mechanical field
- Proven track record in Supervisory role
- Full UK driving License
- Excellent communication skills as it is a Client facing role
