For the successful Procurement Assistant our client is offering:

The role - Procurement Assistant

  • Assist the procurement team with centralised administrative support: booking meetingS, transport, deliveries and assisting with internal enquiries 
  • Resolve escalated invoice issues and queries
  • Create purchase orders
  • Set up new vendors as required: database administration
  • Coordinate between the team and clients where applicable
  • Create reports 
  • Ensure all vendor information is accurately input on the system

What our client is looking for in a Procurement Assistant

  • Previous experience working in a purchasing or procurement assistant role (or similar) - ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Administration / IT capability: MS Office - excel, word and internal databases - ESSENTIAL
