Our client base is looking to recruit an Admin Officer to join their wonderful team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be ideal for someone who has a passion for IT and computers.
The role involves sending quotes to clients, liaising with vendors, tracking orders and updating records. When working on Quotes & Procurement, the Admin Officer will be responsible for managing product sourcing, pricing and lead time management for standard and special-order items, as well as responding to purchasing queries in an effective manner.This post requires a pro-active, competent and accurate approach to all the tasks, coupled with confident and professional communication with staff and clients at all levels, both internally and externally.
The package:
Monday to Friday
Full time permanent position
Hours: 8:45- 5:15pm
Location: Morley (Based just by Brunt Cliffe Academy)
Fully office based
Salary on offer: £25,000 per annum DOE!

Duties:
Display polite and professional communication via phone, email and face to face
Provide clients with information by answering questions and requests
The Admin Officer will order laptops for the business and also servers
Send quotes to clients, liaise with vendors, track orders and update records.
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
Escalate finance and accounting issues to the Accounts manager as required
