Allen & York are excited to be working with a well-established planning and landscape consultancy with exciting plans for the future.

Our client is looking for a Principal/Senior Planner to join the experienced planning team, working on a varied range of projects, providing strategic and tactical planning advice to clients at senior levels.

You'll hold a degree/Masters planning qualification and have a robust knowledge of the planning system with experience gained in the energy, waste, minerals, commercial and residential sectors. You'll have worked extensively on a diverse range of planning applications, environmental impact assessments and been responsible for all aspects of the development process. With experience of managing sub-consultants and conducting site appraisals, you'll be an excellent communicator and enjoy working collaboratively with your colleagues. With strong interpersonal skills, you'll be skilled at building relationships with clients, local authorities, stakeholders, and local communities.
