We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join a Tier 1 contractor working on the civil aspects of the Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU) East framework. - Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and subcontract procurement processes
- Experience working with Tier 1 contractors is highly desirable
