About the Role:
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring they meet their EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) milestones in a safe and nurturing environment. You will be responsible for:
Planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
Observing, assessing, and tracking children's development using learning journals and assessments.
Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development (PSED), communication and language (CL), and physical development (PD).
Working in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to provide the best possible care and support.
Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards at all times.
Contributing to an enriching environment that promotes British Values, cultural capital, and school readiness.

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent).
A sound knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework.
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education.
An understanding of safeguarding policies, SEN (Special Educational Needs), and the role of the key person.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
