Quality Control Manager required to join the team within this successful house building company.  Your key purpose will be to achieve a high level of consistency and quality across all stages of the construction to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.  Working in collaboration with other internal departments, including Health and Safety, Commercial, Technical, Customer Service, Site Management, Sales and HR.Key Duties / Responsibilities-Quality Control ManagerTo effectively improve the construction function through a high level of quality and consistency across all construction stages through;
  • Improving warranty provider CQR scores
  • Lowering DPR rates
  • Lowering RI scores
  • Improve HQI pass scores
  • Improve customer satisfaction scores
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Improve build consistency
  • Minimise avoidable costs
  • Drive quality from site through the BU
Experience
  • Proven track record delivering a high level of quality within an inspection role within the house building industry
  •  Knowledge and experience of building standards and warranty provider requirements.
  •  Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  •  Leadership skills and an ability to motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work
  •  IT Skills-Microsoft packages and Coins
  •  Commercial awareness
  •  Future focused and drive change
  •  Driving Licence essential
