Triton Recruitment are excited to be working with a commercial construction company based in Leeds.

We are seeking an assistant quantity surveyor to start immediately.

Your new role


As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be based in their office and be responsible for, but not limited to, producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value, monitoring cash flow and valuation plans, managing subcontract tender processes, managing subcontractor accounts as well as providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will ideally hold a degree/HND in Quantity Surveying (or similar). In addition, you will have proficient IT skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Finally, you will have strong organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
