A freelance project quantity surveyor is required for an immediate start to operate as a no.2 to the commercial lead on a major project based in central Leeds.
The requirement will be to work with an established main contractor where you will have key responsibility for the commercial management of a range of packages across the project.
To be considered for this post you should fit the following criteria;
- Have a proven track record operating at either Project or Senior QS level with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to fulfil all expected commercial duties on this live project through to completion and handover.
- Have a background within commercial new build on project values 10M+
- The role is for an immediate start however there could be some flexibility with regard to that.
