Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out Location: Leeds, West YorkshireSalary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum + bonus and car allowance

The OpportunityWe’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the dynamic team and lead the commercial delivery of projects from start to finish. You’ll take ownership of key responsibilities, report directly to the board, and enjoy excellent progression opportunities within a rapidly growing company.

About YouWe’re seeking someone with:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying and 3+ years’ post-graduate experience.
• Industry experience in construction or fit-out (NEC & JCT contract expertise, JCT is more preferential).
• Strong commercial, IT, and communication skills.
• A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
• A clean UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of projects from conception to completion.
• Report on financial performance and manage project cash flow.
• Negotiate contracts, handle variations/claims, and prepare final accounts.
• Procure materials/subcontractors and manage payments and cost reports.
