Vacancy -Quantity Surveyor

Location -Leeds, LS9 0DZ

Duration - 4-5 months

Hours - 9.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Rate - 500 per day

Duties

* Fully understand and adhere to the contract T&C's

* Drafting and issuing of change order requests in accordance with the timeframes specified within the contract.

* Drafting and issuing the contr5actural correspondence such as delaynotifications and extensions of time in accordance with the contract T&C's.

* Issue of the project monthly report.

* Up to date details project cost reports.

* WIP / Accrual updates of the accounts department.

* Issue of regular final account estimates.

* Attend regular client meetings to establish a working relationship with the client's site team and commercial department.

* Month end valuations and issue of request for invoicing.

* Working closely with the site planners to ensure any programme deviation, variations and delays are impacted into the programme.

* Maintain risk and opportunity register.
