A leading multidisciplinary Cost Management Consultancy with a national presence is eager to welcome a motivated Quantity Surveyor to their Leeds office.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The chosen Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic national team, receiving exceptional training and mentorship while enjoying real opportunities for career advancement. You'll work across diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defense, and heritage.

This consultancy champions a flexible hybrid working model, requiring just two days in the office each week, and fosters a culture that prioritises employee well-being. In this role, you'll engage directly with clients, mentor junior team members, lead Design Team Meetings while addressing cost control issues, prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and contract documents, and oversee large, complex projects focused on cost management.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Proven experience in cost management from feasibility to post-contract stages
  • Committed to exceptional client service
  • Multi-sector experience in consultancy or construction
  • MRICS ideally or committed to achieving
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • A successful track record working on, and leading, projects from inception to completion
