Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Quantity Surveyor located in LeedsAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
  • Ability to prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost planning
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the construction or civil engineering industry
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred)
  • Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is a plus

Must have 5 years experiance within a QS Role in the UK.
