ALWAYS TO INCLUDE:
- Managing all aspects of the quantity surveying function.
- Overseeing cost control, budget management, and financial reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and relevant regulations.
- Collaborating with project teams to optimise cost-effectiveness.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Providing accurate and timely project cost analysis.
Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on NEC contracts.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Leadership skills to guide junior team members.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, CostX
