Title: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Main Contractor
Location: Leeds
Salary: £55,000 plus package
Key Benefits

Role & Responsibilities
- Review and complete estimates / pricing enquiries for commercial construction projects.
- Attend site to carry out valuations, variations and site meetings.
- Complete cost value reports, and final accounts.
- Procurement of raw materials and plant for site.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget.
- This is hybrid role of estimating and quantity surveying, subject to workloads / live jobs
About the Company
- Regional main contractor with project values ranging from £500k to £2M.
- Focuses on commercial projects, including healthcare, education, grade 2 listed and housing schemes
- A small but stable regional main contractor.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- BSc Quantity surveying or studying towards.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word.
- Experience Quantity surveying and estimating
- Full UK driving license.
