A reputable, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Leeds are looking for an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The Quantity Surveyors' role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to make a significant impact on some of the UK's most prestigious retail and commercial projects, collaborating with high-profile blue-chip clients nationwide.
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will take a lead role in delivering comprehensive cost management services across various high-value projects. Your responsibilities will include cost planning, procurement, preparing bills of quantities, conducting feasibility studies, contract administration, cost reporting, and acting as an Employers' Agent.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a supportive and collaborative team, providing expert guidance to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The Quantity Surveyor
The successful Quantity Surveyor will demonstrate:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (BSc or MSc preferred)
- Experience across the retail & commercial sectors is beneficial
- UK consultancy experience
- A solid understanding of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
- MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
