Are you ready to take the next step in your career as a Quantity Surveyor? We're looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join our clients dynamic and supportive team, working on a range of exciting and high-profile projects.

About the Role

As an Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in delivering commercial and financial management on various construction projects from inception to completion. You’ll work closely with senior QSs and project managers to ensure value for money, maintain cost control, and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation

  • Monitor project costs and advise on any financial risks or opportunities

  • Manage subcontractor packages including procurement, payments, and variations

  • Assist in monthly valuations and reporting

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Support junior team members and collaborate with senior staff

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

  • 2–5 years of post-grad experience in a QS role

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT)

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Office suite

  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail
