A leading multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy in Leeds is seeking a driven and talented Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional projects across various sectors.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a bustling team of 30 professionals, including a strong commercial team of six and four highly experienced partners who are actively engaged in project delivery. You will be joining a company that fosters a close-knit, collaborative atmosphere where every member is involved in driving success.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of projects spanning the Logistics, Warehousing/Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial sectors, with typical project values ranging from 1m to 15m. With a strong pipeline of Retail and Commercial new builds and refurbishment projects, there's no shortage of exciting opportunities.

In addition to traditional Quantity Surveying duties, the Quantity Surveyor will undertake Employers Agent services, Contract Administration, and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of projects. This role offers a great chance for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to step up in a firm that values individual contributions and career development.

The Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • A RICS accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Pre and Post Contract experience
  • Experience running projects, or a desire to do so
  • Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
  • The desire to grow and progress long term within a business
  • Retail or Commercial project experience is highly desirable
