Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with several offices located around the UK. We are looking to speak with a talented Quantity surveyor, who is looking to play an integral role in the Cost Management team that works on projects ranging from £30m to £500m+.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the leadership team in identifying new opportunities, business planning and securing repeat business.
- Pre-contract services: Advising risk management, procurement strategies, tendering processes and value engineering. Also, prepare tender documents and conduct full evaluations of received tenders.
- Post-contract services: Monitor design changes and valuing variations to negotiate their impact. Advising on contractual procedures and matters, approving progress payments and valuing completed work. Â
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with high-profile clients to the highest possible standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Hold a RICS-accredited degree.
- Have at least 3 years post qualification experience.
- Have pre- and post-contract QS experience.
