Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager

Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be based in Leeds, York, or the surrounding areas and possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification. Experience in network rail projects is essential. Skills:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of relevant railway experience
Experience in procurement, cost planning, estimating, and post-contract management

Knowledge of railway and construction forms of contract
Strong IT and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage fluctuating workloads
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
