The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead key projects across sectors like industrial, leisure, healthcare, and residential. You will be responsible for cost estimates, feasibility studies, preparing tender documentation, managing contracts, and overseeing post-contract cost management.

Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain strong client relationships.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
  • MRICS is highly desirable / currently working towards
  • Must have previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
  • Strong Pre & Post Contract Experience
  • NEC/JCT contract experience is beneficial
