A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving, Leeds-based Construction & Property Consultancy.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a supportive firm known for their collaborative culture and impressive project portfolio.

As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will join a dynamic team of 30 seasoned professionals with over 30 years of success in the industry.

Having steadily grown their team over the years, they are involved in delivering exciting projects from £500k - £250m across a broad variety of sectors including Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Hotel & Leisure, Residential, Science and Healthcare, Commercial, Retail and Infrastructure.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is an ideal role for a Quantity Surveyor who's looking for the chance to play a key role in a smaller, close-knit team where your contributions will be highly valued. You will be instrumental in the firm's next phase of growth and success.

You will also have:

  • Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
  • A strong Quantity Surveying background within UK Consultancies
  • Excellent pre & post contract experience
  • Experience operating at a Senior level within a Consultancy QS role
  • Experience managing projects to completion and teams of junior surveyors is highly desirable
  • A drive to make a real difference within a growing company
