The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
This is an unparalleled opportunity to join a high-performing team of 30 professionals, including a strong commercial team of six and four highly involved partners who are passionate about driving excellence and supporting the growth of the business. You will be working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the Logistics, Warehousing/Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial sectors, with typical project values ranging from 1m to 15m.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide expert pre and post-contract services, oversee the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, and manage client relationships. Additionally, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead on Contract Administration, act as Employers Agent, and mentor less experienced Quantity Surveyors within the team.
This is a role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys the hands-on nature of project delivery while still maintaining a strategic view on the growth and development of the business. The firm is experiencing rapid growth, with a particularly strong pipeline of Retail and Commercial new builds and refurbishment projects, making this an exciting time to join.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
- Excellent Pre and Post Contract experience
- A successful track record running projects from inception to completion
- MRICS is highly desirable but not crucial
- Employers Agent / Project Management experience is highly desirable
