Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-established and growing Quantity Surveying consultancy, with 11 offices nationwide, is looking for a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Leeds based team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading consultancy known for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors, including Residential, Logistics, Office, Healthcare, Government, Higher Education, and Retail.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take a key role in managing client relationships and project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Alongside project management responsibilities, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued expansion of the Manchester office.

This position offers a clear route to Associate Director, working closely with forward-thinking Partners who are committed to your professional growth and long-term career development.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• A Quantity Surveying degree, RICS accredited
• Ideally qualified with MRICS
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Experience within a consultancy environment if preferred
