The role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy known for its strong client base and extensive project reach across the UK.
Key responsibilities include managing both pre-contract and post-contract duties, as well as mentoring Assistant Quantity Surveyors to foster a collaborative work environment.
The position requires a salary range of £55,000 to £65,000 and candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

A small Quantity Surveying consultancy with an established history and client base are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on a variety of leisure, hospitality, and education projects, across Yorkshire.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor has the prospect of joining a reputable Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy renowned for its robust client base and nationwide project reach across the UK.

Within this position, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will engage in a stimulating array of projects, spanning across the Leisure, Retail, Hospitality, and Sports sectors. The Senior Quantity key responsibilities will encompass both pre-contract and post-contract duties, with added elements of Project Management.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will actively support and mentor Assistant Quantity Surveyors within the firm, nurturing a collaborative and development-focused work atmosphere.

Comfortable running multiple jobs
Excellent pre and post contract experience
Able to commute around Surrey/South West London
Client facing / Excellent communication skills
Driving licence
