Our client specialises in the retail, office/commercial, leisure/hospitality, and residential sectors but has extensive experience of many other project types throughout the UK. Today they are at the forefront of sustainability alongside many of our clients.
They are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor ideally MRICS or with the same level of previous experience to join their team in either Leeds, London or Bristol.
A major part of this role is to help manage a specific programme noted below.
The role is managing a capital programme of energy efficiency works for a major UK food retailer (£20-25m per annum), working directly with the Client's engineering team plus managing our clients internal QS resource that is supporting the programme. The role includes client liaison, budget planning, evaluating project proposals, plus energy & financial modelling (with NPV/ROI calculations). An understanding/interest in M&E services is preferred but willing to consider more general experience too.
This is a key opportunity for the right person to manage and develop this account and progress well internally.
