Harte Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Aftersales Director with a deep knowledge of theproperty investment marketand expertise in managing the full sales cycle of investment property transactions.

Role Purpose:
This is a pivotal role for a leader who can drive excellence in aftersales management, streamline processes, and ensure smooth transactions for high-valueinvestment property sales. You will lead a dedicated team and oversee the progression of off-plan sales, ensuring that deals move efficiently from reservation to completion, while also managing relationships with key stakeholders such as solicitors, lenders, and investors.

The role:

  • Lead and develop the aftersales team to ensure optimal performance and collaboration in managingproperty investment sales cycles.
  • Oversee and refine processes, with a strong focus oninvestment property salesand ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal frameworks.
  • Manage a high-value sales pipeline, particularly inoff-plan property investments, driving transactions from reservation to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with investors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and agents to ensure timely and successful completions.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, implement strategies to meet targets, and enhance team productivity.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support, quickly resolving client concerns and maintaining strong long-term relationships with property investors.
  • Stay informed on current UK property laws, investment trends, and market conditions to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.

The Person:

  • Essential: Proven experience within theproperty investment marketand a solid understanding of thefull property sales cyclefrom reservation through to completion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of driving performance in sales or aftersales teams.
  • Deep understanding ofoff-plan investmentsand the legal processes related to property transactions.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage high-value sales pipelines and liaise with key stakeholders such as investors, solicitors, and lenders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
  • Highly organised, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, using tech-driven solutions to optimise performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Benefits:

  • Up to £65,000 basic salary per annum + up to £75,000 including OTE
  • Monday Friday, 09:00 18:00
  • Flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week (once settled in the role)
