We are looking for Buying Agents who want to be part of this unique business and take their career to the next step. The role
As a Buying Agent, you are at the heart of the business, you will use your sales expertise and customer service skills to buy our customer's items, working to individual and team targets. This role is perfect for someone experienced in working towards sales targets, whilst ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction.
You will:
- Manage customer calls regarding the items they have sent in for appraisal and sale
- Demonstrate strong sales acumen by overcoming customer objections and driving sales conversions
- Thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment, using initiative to resolve challenges and achieve results
- Support a positive, results-oriented team environment
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
Our ideal candidate
At this stage in your career you will have already worked within a customer service/sales environment with a "people first" attitude. Experience working within a contact centre or call centre is ideal, but wouldn't be detrimental to your application. Naturally we are looking for empathy, negotiation and a great personality.
- Proven experience in a sales
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding both team and individual KPI’s
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
