I am currently working with the largest direct conveyancer in the UK, a well-established firm that has been providing services for many years. Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ Residential Conveyancing experience, managing a caseload of sale and purchase transactions
  • Proven experience in handling leasehold transactions is essential

  • Limited involvement with shared ownership and newbuild transactions
  • Conduct AML & SOF checks
