Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ Residential Conveyancing experience, managing a caseload of sale and purchase transactions
- Proven experience in handling leasehold transactions is essential

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions
- Perform leasehold title checks and handle enquiries or property reports for purchases
- Manage enquiries for sales and facilitate exchange and completion dates with clients
- Limited involvement with shared ownership and newbuild transactions
- Conduct AML & SOF checks
