Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to join a firm that can guarantee job security, market-leading salaries, guaranteed bonuses, huge & transparent progression opportunities and a down to earth environment?

Despite the volume of work the firm receives, ensuring that its Conveyancers have a manageable caseload is a key priority.

The firm guarantees that you will not be placed under pressure with an unmanageable workload, ensuring that it stays at a capped level. Additionally, the firm has an outstanding and achievable bonus structure, providing a generous uplift to your basic salary.

This is a senior-level position for an experienced Conveyancer. You will manage a complex caseload of freehold, leasehold & newbuild transactions. To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a sale & purchase caseload.

  • Title checking and dealing with enquiries/property reports on a purchase
  • Dealing with enquiries on a sale
  • Taking ownership of more complex matters such as new build transactions, shared ownership and deeds of variation
