We are excited to be representing our top legal client in Leeds in their search for a Conveyancing Executive to join their Residential Conveyancing team on a permanent basis. key duties to include:
- Dealing with Leasehold and freehold property transactions
- Completing land registry searches
- Remortgages
- Transfer of equity
- General fee earning tasks.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload from pre to post-completion.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attentive to detail and highly organised.
