We are looking for an Estate Agent to join a small and very well established sales team in the buzzing city of Leeds! As an Estate Agent, you will play a key role in managing property sales, handling vendor enquiries, and marketing properties to maximise visibility. Working closely with your colleagues, you will manage the sales process from start to finish by conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
The Package:
- Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- OTE: £32,000 - £34,000
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm
- Alternate Saturdays, 9:00 am 3:00 pm (with a day in lieu, flexibility to work half-days when needed)
- Holidays: 20 days plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 25 days with service
- Free car parking in Leeds City Centre
The Role:
- Manage initial enquiries from vendors and arrange market appraisals.
- Register potential buyers and their requirements, ensuring a tailored service.
- Market properties effectively through written details, social media, and the extensive mailing list.
- Take a proactive approach in generating new enquiries and coordinating open days.
- Conduct accompanied viewings, promoting the features and benefits of properties.
- Negotiate offers with buyers and ensure smooth communication with vendors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns that attract new business.
- Request and obtain customer reviews to enhance service quality.
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
The Person:
Essential:
- Previous experience in property sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with property management software and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- A network of industry contacts to assist in generating new business.
- Relevant qualifications in residential sales.
