Their expertly managed team offers everything needed for a stress-free lifestyle.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their operational team as a Leasing Professional.  

We are looking for a new team member, who can be an integral member of their leasing team, to support delivering an outstanding customer service to their residents.

  • The Leasing Professional role performs the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.
  • You will support the management team in building and maintaining the reputation and brand of the building in the local community, driving revenue, managing costs and all whilst achieving the highest possible approval rating for service and team engagement.
  • Each day will be unique, requiring an ability to prioritise, multi-task, think creatively, take initiative and ownership, and employ a diverse set of interpersonal and organisational skills. You will bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Have experience of performing all leasing activities as a key member of a leasing/letting teams by using inhouse systems.
  • Ideally you will have leasing experience in the BTR or PBSA sector or estate agency lettings.
  • Be able to perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospective residents, organising community tours and apartment viewings, processing applications, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
  • Respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual.
  • Identify areas for improvement and offers suggestions and recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to keep sensitive information highly confidential at all times.
