Lettings Administrator
We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Lettings Administrator to join our dynamic team, overseeing a premium BTR building in the vibrant city of Leeds. With a solid background in lettings, the ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residents, while adapting to various site needs. You'll play a key role in supporting the Lettings Manager and ensuring the smooth running of operations across multiple locations.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings with potential tenants
- Update social media letting platforms on a weekly basis
- Asist with preparation and completion of smooth check in/ check out processes for tenants
- Respond quickly and effectively to residents' enquires
- Support the Lettings Manager with reaching KPIs
- Manage administrative tasks
What we are looking for?
- Previous experience of working in the private residential sector
- ARLA qualification preferred
- Excellent organizational and administration skills
- Team player with the willingness to support others
- Computer literate
- Ability to work Saturdays or public holidays when necessary
