Basic 拢NEG pa (depending on experience)
Hours are 08.45 to 17.45 Monday to Thursday with an hour for lunch; 08.45 to 17.15 Friday with 30 minutes for lunch. Saturday two on/two off (10.00 to 14.00). Once two Saturdays have been worked then a day off in lieu to be taken in the following fortnight.
Annually 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Our client is a vibrant city centre office, sales are predominantly leasehold apartments in the city, although the area covers properties outside the centre as far afield as Garforth and Wetherby.
We require someone with great organisational skills, amazing customer service skills, ability to sell products and services to enhance business development, the ability to work well with others, to be thorough and pay attention to detail, and happy to complete valuations as and when required. Competent car driver with clean driving licence for a manual car.
The Role Responsibilities-
路 Register applicants and match applicants to properties.
路 Supervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective applicants.
路 Achieve pre-agreed targets.
路 Booking viewings and valuations appointments
路 Correctly record all messages, viewings and appointments.
路 Arrange and attend viewings
路 Following up valuations and leads both face to face and over the telephone, or through email and letters.
路 Negotiating sales and closing deals
路 Liaising with solicitors, purchasers and vendors for successful progression of the sale through to completion.
路 Updating vendors on their property including any possible interest, marketing and actions completed. Also ensuring they are aware of the current property market and trends.
路 Conduct market appraisals as and when required.
路 Ensure all sales fall in line with legislation guidelines
路 Business Development to source sale instructions from developers to homeowners.
路 Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewing and sales.
路 Support line manager on valuations and new instructions.
路 Maximise board presence and always promote brand awareness.
路 Canvassing / leafleting to seek new business opportunities including targeting competitors.
路 Maintain office systems/software and working procedures.
