We are looking for a Lettings Assistant to join a growing new build lettings team.

Reporting to the Head of New Build Lettings, the New Build Lettings Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing the handover process for new apartments/developments.

Once a property is bought, you will ensure a seamless transition between the Sales & Lettings departments for their investors. This will suit somebody looking to move into lettings or interested in a career in property with good admin skills.

The responsibilities of the Lettings Assistant:

  • Manage the smooth handover process for completed apartments.
  • Conduct detailed snagging inspections and report findings, occasionally going out to site
  • Liaise with Property Management & Lettings teams to ensure thorough handovers upon the completion of developments.
  • Obtain and distribute monthly construction updates to clients, ensuring they are kept informed.
  • Efficiently set up customers on our internal CRM system.
  • Guide clients through the sign-up process for lettings, management, snagging, and furniture installations.

What we'd like you to bring:

  • Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
  • Previous Lettings, property, Estate Agency experience is desirable
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to client care and service excellence.
  • Willingness to travel to our offices in Manchester and London, as well as various UK developments
  • A valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
