   The ideal candidate will:    Have a strong background in Estate Agency and Lettings - ESSENTIAL
  • Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of motivating & influencing a team
  • Have extensive knowledge of a Lettings business – ARLA or equivalent qualification.
  • A good track record of sourcing new business and maintaining relationship connections.
  • A keen team player, who can be involved in the day to day running of a team
  • Display high standards of service and presentation
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
