This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Conveyancer to join a market leader in conveyancing in their central Leeds office. Our client is seeking people to progress within a fast-paced environment with the goal of handling their own residential caseload. You will be encouraged to progress your skills and knowledge. Daily Duties
- Managing a caseload of residential sale and purchase conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Conducting exchange of contracts
- Preparing completion statements on both sale and purchase matters
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and third parties.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is desirable but not essential.
