An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified Property Manager to join a long-established commercial property firm based in Leeds in their Commercial Property Management department.
Duties:
The general management of a diverse range of commercial properties including multi-occupied office buildings, industrial estates, retail units etc
Organising and arrangement maintenance, repairs, landscaping etc
Liaise and report direct with clients/Landlords
Day to day liaison and point of contact for Tenants
Rent collection including service charge and building insurance payments
Service charge management and administration including budgeting and producing Year End accounts
Dealing with building insurance and working with appointed insurance brokers
Energy/utility management including electricity and gas contracts
Compliance with health and safety legislation including fire safety records
Ensuring lease compliance and compliance with H&S legislation
Maintaining tenancy records and diary management
Experience:
Must be RICS qualified.
Experienced (1+ years) and MRICS qualified (preferred) in commercial property management
Ability to work without supervision and to tight schedules/deadlines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Provide high standard of professionalism to stakeholders
Possess full UK driving licence and have use of own car
