I am currently recruiting on behalf of my established client, based inLeeds,for an experiencedLettings/Property Manageron a full-time, permanent contract.

The successful applicant will be a leading property management company, specialising in residential lettings and HMO management, who values its staff and offers genuine progression and development opportunities.

We are looking for a local, self-motivated and experienced Lettings/Property Manager with HMO experience looking for a a new opportunity.

About the role:

  • Manage a diverse property portfolio including rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
  • Ensure compliance with rental regulations and safety standards
  • Develop and maintain procedures for efficient property management
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated admin team and support staff
  • Oversee communications with tenants and landlords, fostering positive relationships

Hours & Pay:

  • Salary up to 32,000 - dependent on experience
