Lettings/Property Manager
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my established client, based inLeeds,for an experiencedLettings/Property Manageron a full-time, permanent contract.
The successful applicant will be a leading property management company, specialising in residential lettings and HMO management, who values its staff and offers genuine progression and development opportunities.
We are looking for a local, self-motivated and experienced Lettings/Property Manager with HMO experience looking for a a new opportunity.
About the role:
- Manage a diverse property portfolio including rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with rental regulations and safety standards
- Develop and maintain procedures for efficient property management
- Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated admin team and support staff
- Oversee communications with tenants and landlords, fostering positive relationships
Hours & Pay:
- Salary up to 32,000 - dependent on experience
- Monday to Friday

About you:
- Experience in a Lettings Managerial role -essential
- HMO experience -essential
- Previous Lettings Negotiation experience -essential
- Own transport -essential
- Must be well-presented
- Ability to work under your own initiative
- Customer focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task
