They specialise in creating vibrant communities tailored to modern living, offering high-quality rental homes with exceptional amenities and services. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated Front of House/Leasing Administrator to join the team and contribute to the mission of redefining the rental experience.

Position Overview:

As the Leasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Build to Rent communities by assisting with all aspects of the leasing process. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, managing leasing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless move-in experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the rapidly growing Build to Rent sector and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage leasing inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features and amenities of our communities.
  • Assist prospective residents with the application process, including screening, background checks, and lease agreements.
  • Coordinate move-in logistics, including scheduling move-in dates, conducting unit inspections, and facilitating lease signings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, resident profiles, and unit availability using property management software.
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract prospective residents and maintain high levels of resident retention.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software preferred.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
