Property Management experience essential!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a very successful, reputable Estate & Lettings Agency. This role will involve managing properties UK wide.

As a Property Manager, you will manage your own property portfolio providing an exciting 360 service from move-in to check-out and everything in between.

Your customer service skills will be excellent, you will strive to provide the best customer service to professional tenants and landlords across Leeds and beyond. You will work hard to ensure every tenant moves into their home feeling happy.

We're looking for someone who has experience and/or enthusiasm to join the property management sector, as you'll be joining a very busy agency. Our portfolio is fast-growing and we need someone who is happy to take on the responsibilities of dealing with their own property portfolio, arranging and organising the following:

* Maintenance raised during check-outs and tenancies, allocating jobs to contractors and successfully chasing up works until they are completed.

* Arranging check-outs and organising deposit returns

* Carrying out inventories & check-outs

* Carrying out regular property inspections

* Serving notices & issuing relevant legal documentation

* Ensuring rental arrears are kept to a minimum

* Checking certifying & uploading invoices

* Liaising with developers to ensure snagging inspections are complete


Drivers licence and own car essential
