Property Manager

Salary : 23000 to 25000

Location: North Leeds

We are looking to recruit a Portfolio Manager to join a fast paced and growing Lettings agency in North Leeds. The successful candidate for this role will be a self starter and able to manage a busy portfolio. This is a unique job which encompasses the full end to end lettings process. You will be responsible for everything from Lettings viewings, referencing, move in and property management throughout the term of the tenancy. The successful candidate will ideally have property management or Lettings background but we will consider someone who has a background in sales or customer service.

  • Advertise properties to rent
  • Referencing potential tenants
  • Negotiating rent with tenants and landlords
  • Moving tenants into properties
  • Dealing with incoming maintenance queries
  • Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants to ensure timely completion of works
  • Conducting property inspections, inventories, check ins and check out
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with internal property management team
  • Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner
  • Deal with deposit returns and deductions
  • Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities

Requirements
- Previous experience in property management, lettings or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
