What You'll Do:
As a Property Sales Negotiator, you'll play a vital role in facilitating property transactions, from initial enquiries to closing the deal. Your core responsibilities will include:

Property Sales & Negotiation:

  • Act as the key point of contact between buyers and sellers, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase the features and benefits of available properties.
  • Negotiate offers and counter-offers, ensuring the best possible deal for both parties.
  • Provide expert advice on the local property market, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth transaction completion.

Client & Vendor Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Regularly update clients on market trends, new listings, and relevant property news.
  • Manage and update property listings, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date details.
  • Follow up on leads and enquiries, driving new business and maximizing sales opportunities.

Administration & Reporting:

  • Prepare sales contracts and associated paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of viewings, offers, and negotiations within the property management system.
  • Contribute to team sales targets and provide regular progress reports to management.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in property sales, real estate, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of property market trends.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide expert advice throughout the sales process.
  • A proactive and target-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Knowledge of property law and regulations is a plus but not essential.
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle preferred.
  • A confident, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
